2008 Chardonnay

Notes	The fruit for this wine was sourced from a vineyard in Pemberton that uses the newer clones developed in Burgundy. These are the same as planted in the Oceans Estate vineyard, which will be in production soon. The wine is mid-straw in colour and in brilliant condition. The nose shows pear, honeysuckle, crushed vanilla bean, cashew and malt. An incredible complex wine with well integrated oak. The palate has great weight and length and finishes clean. This is a fabulously drinkable, incredibly complex wine.
